We begin in Lisbon, the capital, and make our way north to Porto, stopping along the way to visit numerous UNESCO-listed sites including ancient palaces, Roman ruins, and whitewashed villages. But it's not all sightseeing. We'll learn to cook Portuguese favorites, listen to the mournful sounds of Fado and sample fabulous wines and liqueurs. This trip offers so much.
